My career began in Quality Management, where I spearheaded the successful ISO 9002 certification of my employer. This early success transitioned into a leadership role in sales, where I guided teams to consistently achieve outstanding results.

Following my move to Portugal, I founded a software development start-up, collaborating with major corporations and public institutions. As CEO, I oversaw strategic direction, general management, sales, and programming. After five successful years, I transitioned to the role of IT Director at a global corporation, managing national IT operations, ERP development, and maintenance.

In Germany, I joined Texas Instruments as Senior Product Manager, leading product life cycles across EMEA and APAC, including project management in areas like marketing, manufacturing, and supply chain. My tenure at Allianz began in 2013, where I established and developed the Contract Management department, overseeing multimillion-dollar contracts, supplier negotiations, and risk management. Later, I was entrusted with the creation of a global Quality Assurance department, aligning quality strategies and driving process improvements across the Group.
